    I am being charged for vip that i am not able to cancel because it doesn't show up when i click manage payments but i am getting emailed every month that i am being charged $10. It also doesn't give me the option to write a ticket because the vip that is being purchased isn't showing up.

      Try VIP>My Purchases>Billing Agreements (Paypal Only) it had a cancel option for me I hope that helps <3
