    This is normally because you have entered your SteamID64 in the wrong format when purchasing on the forums. You must enter it in the 17 digit numerical format known as SteamID64 and NOT a URL, or other type of SteamID. You can easily convert to the correct one before you purchase by going to http://www.steamid.eu and entering your URL to get your SteamID64. This is a SteamID64: 76561234567890123 This is not a SteamID64: https://steamcommunity.com/id/joebloggs This is also not a SteamID64: STEAM_0:1:12345678 If you have already purchased a VIP slot, please contact Support at https://www.rustaforum.com/support and we will help you resolve this issue.

    VIP no longer needs activating! As of 28th September 2016, we have upgraded to an improved version which provides near instantaneous activation automatically upon purchase. Simply exit the server queue if you are in it and rejoin. If this doesn't work, allow a minimum of 1 minute to pass before retrying - if it still fails, please contact support at https://forum.rustafied.com/support!

    As long as the server you wish to move to has available slots, yes you can! There is also a $3.50 processing fee because we need to have staff on-hand to manually transfer you to the new server. Simply go to https://rustafied.com/support, submit a new support ticket and under the department drop down menu select "VIP Transfer Request". After doing the above and making the payment, submit a ticket informing us that you're ready to transfer and we'll transfer the associated slot to your new home!
